[00:00:41] your body and begin to envision a serene sanctuary. A place where tranquility wraps around you
[00:00:51] like a comforting embrace. Feel a gentle breeze blow by, and let the soothing atmosphere
[00:01:01] of nature transport you to a state of peace. Feel this. As you stand in this haven of serenity,
[00:01:17] embrace the calmness that envelops you, let it wash away any tension. Feel the tension
[00:01:26] leave your body and fighting a sense of peace into your being.
[00:01:40] In this tranquil space, acknowledge your current state who you are today. This is the
[00:01:49] beginning of your transformative very personal journey. Embrace whatever you're feeling. Let
[00:01:59] your thoughts go. Whatever behaviors brought you to this moment, all were part of your
[00:02:09] journey. Take a moment to explore additional parts of your current emotional landscape.
[00:02:20] What other emotions arise when you reflect on your current self? Allow these emotions
[00:02:27] to surface and flow, acknowledging their presence. Imagine what triggers emotions within
[00:02:36] you. Just notice, don't judge anything. Allow to come to mind that which just comes
[00:02:47] to mind. There can be a diverse array of feelings that come up. Understand that each
[00:02:56] emotion carries valuable information. Say this to yourself, either in your head or out
[00:03:10] loud. I am attuned to the spectrum of my emotion. Each feeling is a messenger guiding me towards
[00:03:20] self-awareness and transformation. Let's steep in your understanding of the thoughts that
[00:03:33] shape your current mindset. Does anything specific come to mind that's dominating your internal
[00:03:41] dialogue? Observe. Observe this with curiosity and acceptance. It's okay. Think about another
[00:03:57] thought or feeling. Notice any variation in your thinking pattern and affirm this, I am the
[00:04:09] observer of my thoughts with awareness I can empower myself to choose thoughts that align
[00:04:17] with my growth and my well-being. Let's explore a few additional aspects of your current behaviors
[00:04:27] and habits. What other actions contribute to your daily experience that you might wish to change?
[00:04:35] Embrace this without judgment. Recognize the interconnectedness between your behavior and
[00:04:49] your experiences. And affirm to this, I am mindful of my behaviors. Each action is an opportunity
[00:05:00] for growth and I approach it with conscious intention. Now is you stand in this awareness of your
[00:05:14] current self? Chantly, shift your focus towards the second step of identity shifting, creating a
[00:05:23] vision of the person you wish to become your ideal self, your future person, the new you.
[00:05:33] Visualize the canvas before you once more, now infused with the understanding of your current
[00:05:43] self. Begin to paint in the details of your future self, the new and empowered version of you,
[00:05:52] your better self, the new you.
[00:05:57] Die into the positive emotions that characterize your new self. What does it feel like to embody
[00:06:11] confidence, gratitude and self-love? Allow these emotions to wash over you, incurring the vision
[00:06:22] of your transformed self. In vision various scenarios where your new self experiences heightened
[00:06:34] positive emotions based on the change that you're making, because this change allows richness
[00:06:44] of new fresh positive emotions in things to occur in your life. And you know it's all an integral
[00:06:55] part of your evolving identity. You can say this to yourself, I am the architect of my emotional
[00:07:05] landscape. I cultivate positive feelings that elevate my well-being and attract abundance. As you
[00:07:17] immerse yourself in these empowering thoughts that define your new person, what other affirmations
[00:07:25] and beliefs support the growth and evolution of the new you? Think of these thoughts and observe
[00:07:33] them with gratitude and openness. Sends the alignment between thoughts and positive outcomes,
[00:07:47] recognizing the power of intentional thinking and say this to yourself, I am the curator of my
[00:07:57] thoughts and behaviors and feelings. With intention I shape a mindset that nurtures my aspirations
[00:08:09] and attracts positivity. In vision a day in the new you, see yourself exactly as though you have
[00:08:27] already arrived. Notice every detail, what are you wearing, how do you look, where are you,
[00:08:40] what is around you, how are you feeling, what are you doing, what are you not doing,
[00:08:47] what positive behaviors are contributing to you flourishing into this transformed self.
[00:08:58] Continue embracing these actions, understanding their role and shaping your reality.
[00:09:06] Keep visualizing. Keep seeing your new self, your better self,
[00:09:15] your ideal self engaging in positive behaviors, having fun as you let go of something old and worn out.
[00:09:27] Observe the ripple effect that these actions will have on your well-being and acknowledge the
[00:09:34] significance in this transformation. Observe the ripple effect that your new actions will have on
[00:09:43] those around you that are close to you, as you change so well-being. Perhaps not exactly like you
[00:09:54] but they will be seeing you in the new you. That causes a change in how they are with you.
[00:10:03] That's natural and normal. Remember you are the architect of your habits. Every positive behavior
[00:10:14] propels you toward your goal, creating a new foundation for lasting change.
[00:10:21] Keep observing the new you.
[00:10:29] See more and more details. What do you see? Enjoy the new you.
[00:10:38] Keep expanding. Gratitude for what you're seeing and notice.
[00:10:46] With this canvas of your transformed self vividly painted in your mind, transition gracefully
[00:10:56] to the next third step reprogramming your mind. In this serene space embark on the journey
[00:11:04] of a setting of a new mindset allowing the seeds of positive change to begin.
