[00:00:34] and especially how to attract wealth and happiness.
[00:00:37] You may have heard of the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

[00:00:59] First things first, I'm Kate Wilder and my channel is all about manifesting and helping you create the dreams that you want
[00:01:05] through my trial and error and learning experiences for over 40 years now in my mid-60s.
[00:01:11] I'm happy to share with you, whether you're young or old, some tips and techniques for manifestation
[00:01:16] and getting to your life purpose no matter what your age is.
[00:01:19] Now, if you're like most people, you might be thinking, why can't I just keep goals in my head?
[00:01:25] You know, you start something and it's so easy to put it out of your mind.
[00:01:28] Well, the truth is thoughts are fleeting and they come and go.
[00:01:32] And if you're not careful, they get drowned out by the noise of everyday life.
[00:01:35] So sometimes the most important things in our heart don't come to fruition because we don't have time to focus on them enough.
[00:01:41] But when you write something down, you bring it into the physical world.
[00:01:45] It's no longer just an idea.
[00:01:47] It's real, it's tangible, and it's yours.
[00:01:50] Bob Proctor always said, whatever you can hold in your mind, you can hold in your hands.
[00:01:55] It starts with a thought, but to bring it to life, you need to make it solid by first writing it down.
[00:02:01] Bob Proctor used to say, faith and fear both demand you believe in something you cannot see.
[00:02:08] When you fear something, you can't see it.
[00:02:11] And it's the same thing.
[00:02:12] When you believe something good, you can't see it until it shows up in your life.
[00:02:17] So essentially, you're planting a seed in your subconscious mind.
[00:02:21] Now, the way Bob Proctor taught was to make it a daily habit, which many of the teachers have told us through the years, and I've been practicing as well.
[00:02:28] So instead of writing, I want to make more money, you write, I am so happy and grateful now that I am earning $10,000 a month doing work that I love, that feels great.
[00:02:38] And feel it when you write it.
[00:02:40] It's not just a task.
[00:02:41] It's an act of creation.
[00:02:43] Now, let's focus on the 3-3-3 method that reinforces this practice.
[00:02:49] Of all the techniques out there, 3-6-9 and many others, the 3-3-3 method is pretty simple.
[00:02:53] You just write, speak, say, recite, meditate three times in the morning, midday and evening, that which you want.
[00:03:02] And especially before you go to bed, because that is the most important priming of our brains of all time of day.
[00:03:08] But this repetition drives a thought deep in your subconscious mind.
[00:03:12] So as you write it, imagine it happening, but feeling the joy and gratitude at the same time and trusting that it's on its way are all parts of the creation of energy, of the flow, of getting what it is that you most desire in life.
[00:03:27] I want to walk you through three areas that most people want to manifest.
[00:03:30] Money, love, and health.
[00:03:32] So let's first start with money.
[00:03:34] This affirmation is a good one.
[00:03:36] And you can change the dollar amount, but let's start with $10,000 a month.
[00:03:40] I am so happy and grateful now that I'm earning $10,000 a month doing work that I love.
[00:03:45] Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.
[00:03:48] I am open to receiving wealth from multiple sources of income.
[00:03:53] Do you feel that?
[00:03:55] If you write it, you're not just starting a wish, you're declaring it as your reality.
[00:03:59] Feel the excitement, see the check coming, cashing the check, and you begin to believe this is happening the faster it will happen.
[00:04:07] And if that's not the right number for you, go lower, go higher.
[00:04:10] Now let's move on to love.
[00:04:12] Love is one of the most powerful things we can manifest because it's all about attracting the right energy.
[00:04:17] And here's an affirmation for you to write down.
[00:04:20] I am so happy and grateful now that I am in a loving relationship, a harmonious relationship with my soulmate.
[00:04:28] I am surrounded by loving friends.
[00:04:30] I am surrounded by loving family.
[00:04:33] I am surrounded by love.
[00:04:35] I attract love everywhere I go.
[00:04:37] And as you write this, picture your ideal relationship.
[00:04:41] See yourself happy.
[00:04:43] See yourself fulfilled and at peace.
[00:04:45] Let that feeling of love fill you up as you write those words.
[00:04:49] Finally, let's talk about health.
[00:04:51] Without good health, it's hard to enjoy anything else.
[00:04:53] So here's another powerful affirmation.
[00:04:55] I am so happy and grateful now that I'm in perfect health.
[00:04:58] My body is strong, vibrant, and full of energy.
[00:05:02] I am healthy, whole, and complete.
[00:05:05] Feel the vitality and strength of this as you do write it down.
[00:05:08] And even if you're in a sickness right now, and this isn't the truth at the moment, write it anyway.
[00:05:15] Begin to retrain.
[00:05:17] It's not just your brain.
[00:05:19] It goes to a cellular level.
[00:05:20] Our bodies are connected.
[00:05:21] Visualize yourself in perfect health, doing the things that you love.
[00:05:26] And the more you see it, the more your body can start aligning with that image.
[00:05:31] Why did Bob Proctor believe that when you write it down, you're not just setting an intention.
[00:05:37] You're also beginning to reprogram your beliefs and your subconscious mind.
[00:05:42] And your subconscious mind is like a garden.
[00:05:44] Whatever you plant it will grow.
[00:05:46] So when you plant thoughts of abundance, love, and health, that is more likely to bloom in your life.
[00:05:52] If you plant fear, doubt, and scarcity, that for sure will show up in your life.
[00:05:57] Writing down your goals and your manifestations will plant those seeds of your dreams and help your mind to begin accepting the change.
[00:06:06] You might be thinking, but what if I don't see any results right away?
[00:06:11] We're all really impatient.
[00:06:12] So here's the thing.
[00:06:14] This isn't about instant gratification.
[00:06:16] It's about building a mindset.
[00:06:19] Changing a mindset.
[00:06:20] Building a mindset about new beliefs.
[00:06:23] So the more you write and the more you believe and the more the universe starts to respond to you in your belief,
[00:06:29] the more momentum you begin to build and the more will manifest for you in your life.
[00:06:35] And let's be real for a moment.
[00:06:37] There are going to be days when you don't feel like it's working.
[00:06:40] When your old beliefs creep back in and make room for doubt.
[00:06:44] But it's okay.
[00:06:45] It's normal.
[00:06:46] And when it happens, don't just give up.
[00:06:48] Just keep bringing yourself back to writing, reinforcing that belief until it becomes so strong that nothing can shake it.
[00:06:55] And this is why repetition is key.
[00:06:58] And even if you don't believe in affirmations, just try them anyway.
[00:07:02] You will be surprised at your mood changes and your psychology changes and then your outer world changes that occur.
[00:07:10] So when you write it down, you're writing from a place of more certainty.
[00:07:14] It's not a wish anymore.
[00:07:15] It's your reality.
[00:07:17] And remember, you don't have to stress over how it's going to happen.
[00:07:20] That's not your job.
[00:07:22] Your job is to set the goal, to believe in it, and take action when you feel inspired.
[00:07:27] And the universe will handle the details for you.
[00:07:30] You just need to stay ready to receive and also look for the signs and acknowledge them when you see them in front of you
[00:07:37] instead of throwing them off as, oh, that was coincidence or that wasn't part of this particular prayer or manifestation or writing exercise.
[00:07:46] Bob Proctor taught that your goal should be something that excites you but also scares you just a little.
[00:07:51] It should be something that pushes you a little bit out of your comfort zone so that you can grow.
[00:07:56] And when you write your goals down, don't hold back.
[00:08:00] Dream big.
[00:08:01] If your goal doesn't make you a little uncomfortable, it might not be big enough.
[00:08:05] Start by writing the goal in the present tense as though it's already yours.
[00:08:08] Be specific and detailed.
[00:08:10] Write it three times in the morning, three times in the afternoon, three times at bedtime.
[00:08:15] Feel as much emotion as you can as you write it.
[00:08:18] Most especially positive emotions of excitement, of love, of gratitude.
[00:08:23] Visualize it as much as you can and then do whatever you can to believe and own it as though it's already here today.
[00:08:29] If you commit to this practice, you will see changes.
[00:08:32] Just keep working at it and it will happen because what you're doing is reprogramming your mind and your whole system of beliefs so that you can believe you deserve more because you do.
[00:08:46] And the universe then has no choice but to make it your reality.
[00:08:50] So grab your pen and a notebook or journal and start writing your new life into existence.
