[00:00:06] Well, in this video, we are unpacking the law of vibration, the true force behind the law of attraction,

[00:00:13] and understanding how your frequency can unlock the life that you've always wanted.

[00:00:18] You know, Bob Proctor's teachings on paradigms and energy were really groundbreaking,

[00:00:22] and I'd like to show you today one of the fastest ways to become a vibrational match for what you want to attract.

[00:00:28] If you're new here, I'm Kate Wilder. I'm a manifesting teacher in my mid-60s,

[00:00:32] and I've seen firsthand how life-changing these ideas can be.

[00:00:36] So what I'm sharing here on my channel isn't just theory.

[00:00:39] I've practiced and tested and experienced these techniques for myself from triumphs and setbacks.

[00:00:49] Let's get straight to it.

[00:00:50] The law of attraction is a lot like gravity and physics.

[00:00:53] Let go of something and it falls.

[00:00:54] It's always pulling energy, people, and experiences into our lives like signals received from our focus and beliefs.

[00:01:02] Albert Einstein said, quote,

[00:01:04] Everything is energy and that's all there is to it.

[00:01:07] Match that frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.

[00:01:12] It can be no other way.

[00:01:13] This is not philosophy.

[00:01:15] This is physics.

[00:01:16] End quote.

[00:01:17] Bob Proctor made this observation I thought was interesting when he said,

[00:01:21] When we leave our bodies, the energy of the body keeps vibrating and moving.

[00:01:26] That's how our bodies eventually turn to dust.

[00:01:29] It's still energy.

[00:01:30] If everything in the universe vibrates, imagine looking at yourself under a microscope and seeing every cell, every atom moving.

[00:01:37] We are not static or dynamic.

[00:01:40] We are energy fields in motion.

[00:01:42] And that motion is called a vibration.

[00:01:44] And here's a kinker.

[00:01:45] Each vibration emits a frequency, much like a radio station emitting different channels with different frequencies that are unique energy fields that act like magnets and attracting things to that to match that.

[00:01:57] In that case, music or talk radio or whatever it might be.

[00:02:01] So this is the core idea behind the law of vibration.

[00:02:04] And this is also the true foundation of the law of attraction.

[00:02:08] There's no way around it.

[00:02:09] Your vibration will attract the channel or frequency that you're vibrating to.

[00:02:13] And again, that can really be no other way.

[00:02:16] The human mind holds the keys to tap into higher frequencies that are a match for what you'd like to bring into your life.

[00:02:23] You might be thinking, but how does the mind influence this vibrational law or the law of attraction?

[00:02:29] Think of your mind as divided into the two parts.

[00:02:33] Of course, the conscious mind where you actively think and the subconscious mind where it stores your beliefs, your habits and automatic reactions.

[00:02:40] And also is a receiving station for anything that you tell it.

[00:02:44] All your self-talk, your original beliefs instilled in childhood, new thoughts you programmed into it.

[00:02:49] It's like a blank computer that accepts all and believes everything you tell it, whether it's true or not, whether it's positive or not.

[00:02:56] This is inherently both the power and the downfall of an untethered subconscious mind.

[00:03:01] So when you were born, your subconscious is wide open, soaking up everything from your environment and storing those beliefs.

[00:03:08] These beliefs then create what Bob Proctor referred to as a paradigm, which is the collection of habits that operate under the surface in the subconscious.

[00:03:17] And this paradigm sets the tone for your vibration, whether you realize it or not.

[00:03:22] Your body is essentially a high-speed bundle of vibrating energy connected to our own computer, our brains, running the show with programs, both good and bad.

[00:03:32] These paradigms are powerful.

[00:03:34] They've been built from our environments and even our genetics, carried down through generations in some cases.

[00:03:40] Think of it this way.

[00:03:41] Our paradigm is like a type of energy and it influences the vibration that we're emitting.

[00:03:47] And each vibration is a thought or feeling or a positive state or a negative state.

[00:03:53] When we feel something like anxiety, worry or anger, you don't feel good.

[00:03:58] And when you're in that state of mind, you also notice that people don't respond to you as positively as they normally would.

[00:04:05] But the moment you bring yourself out of it and back into feeling and thinking something positive again, you instantly change.

[00:04:11] You change your frequency and your point of attraction.

[00:04:14] This is where our conscious mind comes into play.

[00:04:16] We can choose to think new thoughts, better thoughts.

[00:04:20] And here's another catch.

[00:04:21] If we're conditioned to think in line with our paradigm, our thoughts and energy stay the same, possibly our whole lives.

[00:04:28] And so do our results.

[00:04:30] The thoughts we think control the vibration and the feelings we feel are like amplifiers to those thoughts.

[00:04:35] And then beliefs are the collection of habitual thoughts.

[00:04:39] Vibrational frequencies are just states of being that can be changed anytime you decide.

[00:04:44] This universal principle is simple.

[00:04:45] Everything vibrates and nothing stays still.

[00:04:48] And the good news is you can raise up your vibration each day.

[00:04:51] Or allow yourself to mindlessly repeat what is in that subconscious paradigm, never taking the time to question why you feel or act the way that you do.

[00:05:00] Many people go their whole lives without realizing the power they have because they feel that they're who they are.

[00:05:06] And that's that.

[00:05:07] Like black and white thinking, sort of.

[00:05:09] But human beings were meant to continuously be flexible and grow because of the endless possibilities available to us.

[00:05:17] And we really weren't designed to settle into suffering and stagnation by our creator.

[00:05:21] So our thoughts set the tone for the energy we attract.

[00:05:25] This vibration influence our actions, our outcomes, and the people we attract.

[00:05:29] Just like that radio station tuning into a certain frequency.

[00:05:33] We're aligning with people and experiences all the time that match our own vibration.

[00:05:37] So if we're stuck in a mindset of scarcity, we'll surely attract situations that match that frequency.

[00:05:43] So why can't we just think differently and change everything just like that?

[00:05:47] Because our paradigm kicks in when we try to think outside of the box.

[00:05:51] Changing a paradigm is challenging.

[00:05:53] It's uncomfortable because it's unfamiliar.

[00:05:55] Imagine you're trying to adopt a new positive idea like this video.

[00:06:00] Your paradigm might reject this at first and create resistance within you.

[00:06:04] That's where most people do give up.

[00:06:06] Right at the edge of growth.

[00:06:07] This is why methods though like affirmations and scripting and visualization and meditation actually work.

[00:06:13] When given enough time and repetition, they are simply the tool to everyone who wishes to shift their paradigm.

[00:06:20] To shift their program beliefs, to shift their vibration that were put upon us possibly before the age of seven.

[00:06:27] So it's not enough to just gather knowledge and degrees if our paradigm doesn't align with our goals.

[00:06:32] You probably notice people who are incredibly smart but don't get the results they want.

[00:06:37] Often this might be because their paradigms haven't shifted.

[00:06:40] Real change does happen when we adjust our internal programming, which in turn shifts the vibration and what we attract.

[00:06:47] So here's a very quick technique to lift your vibration today.

[00:06:50] Just take a moment and think about something that you are genuinely grateful for in your life.

[00:06:55] And tell yourself, I am grateful for X.

[00:06:59] It can be small or large.

[00:07:01] And say it a few times if you need to and then stop and notice a shift in your mood.

[00:07:06] And that will help you raise up very quickly.

[00:07:08] It's a very fast path.

[00:07:10] Because when we feel good, we're in a positive vibration.

[00:07:13] We're attracting more positivity.

[00:07:15] When we're in a low mood, we attract a little more negative types of situations and moods.

[00:07:21] We attract based on the vibration we're in, which is controlled by our paradigm.

[00:07:25] So if we want to have lasting change, it's essential then to start shifting our inner frequency or vibration.

[00:07:32] Remember, feeling is simply conscious awareness of our vibration.

[00:07:36] If you want to feel better, work on raising that vibration.

[00:07:39] So how do we change our paradigm?

[00:07:41] We need to practice shifting on a daily basis.

[00:07:44] Filling our minds with positive, constructive ideas that gradually replace those old limiting ones, which can take some time.

[00:07:51] And also to practice techniques that reprogram that paradigm stuck back there in that subconscious mind.

[00:07:57] You can use many techniques.

[00:07:59] And I've got a lot on my channel that might appeal to you.

[00:08:02] But do what feels right for you.

[00:08:04] Because at the core of reprogramming, the subconscious can be done using many methods.

[00:08:08] There's no shortage of ideas out there.
