[00:00:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, today I'm going to give you five reasons why things seem to fall apart right before

[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_00]: a manifesting breakthrough, because understanding these reasons can help you recognize that

[00:00:18] [SPEAKER_00]: yes, your manifestation is still on track in spite of what it sometimes seems.

[00:00:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Hi, I'm Kate Wilder with Wilder Talk and my channel is all about reinventing

[00:00:27] [SPEAKER_00]: your life and manifesting your goals and dreams.

[00:00:30] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm an older manifester here to share my wisdom with you today from years of working

[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_00]: through my own manifesting difficulties and challenges and successes.

[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_00]: One of the main reasons why things get worse before they get better is that you're

[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_00]: clearing out the old to make way for the new.

[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_00]: There's an order to the universe, and when you're manifesting something brand

[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: especially when it's something big, the energy around you needs to shift to accommodate

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_00]: it.

[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_00]: But before that can happen, anything that doesn't align with your new desires also

[00:01:04] [SPEAKER_00]: has to be released and cleared.

[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: This process can be uncomfortable though because it often involves letting go of

[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: things, people or situations that may no longer serve you.

[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And this can be hard.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: But if you're manifesting, for example, financial abundance, you might suddenly face

[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_00]: unexpected expenses.

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_00]: And this feels counterintuitive, but it's like the universe helping clear the way of

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_00]: old scarcity mindsets to testing you to see can you be grateful for what you have

[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_00]: right now even in the face of losing by facing these challenges head on?

[00:01:42] [SPEAKER_00]: You're actually preparing yourself for the abundance that you're also calling in.

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: The second reason things get worse is that your subconscious mind is resisting

[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: change.

[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: This is very common.

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_00]: We've all been living with certain beliefs and patterns for a long time,

[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_00]: and even though you want to manifest something new, part of your mind might be

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: stuck in the old way of thinking.

[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_00]: An internal conflict can make it feel like you're being pulled backward instead

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_00]: of moving forward.

[00:02:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So to help identify whether an old belief is holding you back, I recommend

[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Am I feeling fear that my manifestation might not come to pass?

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Am I feeling unworthy that it could actually happen for me?

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Have I fallen back on an old thought pattern maybe that stems from an old

[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_00]: trauma or an old belief system?

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean that you're failing at your manifestation or that it isn't

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_00]: working.

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just your mind's way of adjusting to the new reality you're creating.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And this leads me to the third reason that things might feel like they're

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_00]: getting worse before they get better is that the universe is testing your

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: commitment to that thing.

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Manifestation isn't just about setting an intention and sitting back.

[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you're going to be challenged to see how badly you really want it.

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Are you going to stick to your vision or will you throw in the towel at the

[00:03:12] [SPEAKER_00]: first sign of trouble?

[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, these challenges are like stepping stones.

[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_00]: They help build your resilience and strength because you need to know that

[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_00]: you can handle what you're manifesting and you need to build up

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_00]: that resilience and strength to be sure it is what you want.

[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Think of it as the universe asking you, are you ready for this?

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_00]: By pushing through the tough times, you're proving that you are.

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Now how do you know if things are getting worse as a part of the process

[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_00]: or is there something else going on?

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_00]: One key sign is seeing patterns.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_00]: If similar obstacles keep popping up, it could be a sign that you're in a

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_00]: phase of clearing and growth.

[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_00]: And another sign is that if you're noticing a strong resistance or

[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_00]: sometimes these can often be indicators that you're in the middle of a

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_00]: transformation and you will see signs like numbers, feathers,

[00:04:07] [SPEAKER_00]: butterflies, other signs that can show you you're still being watched

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_00]: and are in the midst of things.

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_00]: For example, seeing 1111 on the clock or repeating numbers on

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_00]: license plates, etc., can be signs to keep going even though things seem harsh.

[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_00]: If you do feel completely out of control and you're not seeing any

[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_00]: signs of progress, it might be worth reevaluating your approach or perhaps

[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_00]: that next step or next phase of what you're trying to manifest.

[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes it's not just about pushing through.

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: You might need to make adjustments along the way.

[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_00]: How do you handle it when it feels like everything is falling apart?

[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, the first thing is really to try to get grounded again by

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_00]: taking care of yourself mentally and physically, going for a walk,

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_00]: trying to get centered again.

[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_00]: It can be easy to get caught up in the chaos, but staying centered will

[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_00]: help you navigate more effectively, remembering to breathe, take lots of

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_00]: breaths throughout your day while keeping your focus back on your end goal.

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So when these things get rough, it's tempting to focus on what's going wrong,

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_00]: isn't it?

[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we all do this, but the more you dwell on that negative,

[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_00]: it's the more of that energy that will be attracted to you.

[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Instead, try reminding yourself again and again of why you started this

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_00]: particular manifestation journey in the first place.

[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Go back to try to locate and feel that original excitement you had when

[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_00]: you decided to work on this particular goal.

[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Some of our goals are very long term and they take a while to reach and

[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_00]: attain.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_00]: So we have to get these partial goals along the way and continue

[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_00]: reminding ourselves, going back to doing the original scripting or

[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_00]: visualizing, meditating, listening to podcasts to get yourself back on

[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_00]: track with this thinking, getting clear, getting back in the groove to

[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_00]: keep your desired outcome in your higher mind even when things look

[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_00]: bleak.

[00:06:06] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's also important to lean into trust.

[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_00]: This brings us to the fourth reason why things get worse before they

[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_00]: get better.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_00]: You're being asked to trust the process.

[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Trust can be hard when everything seems to be going wrong, but that's

[00:06:20] [SPEAKER_00]: when it's almost the most important.

[00:06:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Trusting the process means believing that the universe has your back,

[00:06:27] [SPEAKER_00]: even when you can't see how things will work out.

[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Remember, you're being helped to clear the way and the universe has its

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_00]: own timing.

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_00]: So if you feel like you're losing faith, find small ways to

[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: reconnect each day with your why.

[00:06:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Remind yourself why this manifestation is important to you and what it will

[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_00]: mean once it arrives in your life.

[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_00]: And this is a rare instance where you can look back on your past

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_00]: experiences and take a look at things that actually worked out, even when

[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_00]: they didn't go according to your plan.

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Remind yourself that you've made it through tough times before and that

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_00]: you'll make it through this too.

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And this leads us to the fifth reason that things often get worse before

[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_00]: they get better, is that you're on the brink of the breakthrough.

[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like saying it's always darkest before the dawn.

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes when things are at their most challenging is when it means

[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_00]: you're on the edge of your manifestation.

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_00]: The pressure you're feeling can be a signal the energy is about to

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_00]: shift in your favor.

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_00]: The best thing you can do is stay the course.

[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep taking aligned action.

[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep believing in your vision and don't let the temporary chaos shake

[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_00]: your faith.

[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You've come this far.

[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't give up now.

[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_00]: As you navigate these tough moments, remember that everything you're going

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_00]: through is preparing you for what's coming.

[00:07:51] [SPEAKER_00]: The challenges, the setbacks and even frustration are part of the

[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_00]: growth journey.

[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_00]: They're reshaping you into the person who can fully receive and

[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_00]: handle your manifestation.

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_00]: So when you find yourself in the thick of it, practice patience.

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_00]: This doesn't mean you have to sit back and wait passively, but rather

[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_00]: trust that everything is unfolding in the right time, because it is.

[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep doing your part and know that the universe is aligning everything

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_00]: behind the scenes even if it's not immediately visible.

[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Because in the end, the temporary challenges will be worth it.

[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Think of times when you've looked back over a situation and

[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_00]: realized that everything happened for a reason in the right exact order,

[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_00]: even though it was hard and necessary at the time.

[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_00]: This is all part of clearing that path for your manifestation.

[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_00]: So when you feel like things are getting worse, see them as a sign that

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: you're on the right track.

[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep trusting.

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep moving forward.

[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep doing what you're doing and know that your breakthrough is around

[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_00]: the corner.
