[00:00:00] You've heard about manifesting being all about the frequency, but what does that really mean?

[00:00:04] So imagine yourself with this belief passenger, almost like a separate entity,

[00:00:08] that is constantly criticizing you and telling you to be afraid of everything,

[00:00:12] to not try something new, to not trust your own intuition.

[00:00:16] This belief passenger needs to go, and I'm going to show you how to do that.

[00:00:21] It's like a voice next to you telling you to play it safe, to stay small, to expect the worst.

[00:00:27] This is not an expansive feeling, it's a constrictive feeling.

[00:00:31] This is how you know these negative frequencies are feeding you reasons why things won't work out,

[00:00:38] and why you should worry.

[00:00:39] So today I thought I would just show you a couple techniques that I've used,

[00:00:43] understanding what fear is and how to overcome that.

[00:00:46] So this passenger, like fear, it isn't just sitting quietly in the background,

[00:00:51] it's controlling the ride.

[00:00:53] When fear becomes the dominant belief, it starts to attract more of the same.

[00:00:57] This is the same exact way, though, that positive things manifest as well.

[00:01:01] It's all in the frequency, low frequency or high frequencies.

[00:01:05] Ever notice how when you're anxious or fearful about something,

[00:01:08] suddenly more things start popping up to be anxious and fearful about?

[00:01:12] And that's not a coincidence.

[00:01:13] Fear operates at a low frequency, and it does attract more negative experiences.

[00:01:19] It's almost like a signal being sent out that says,

[00:01:23] hey, I'm afraid, so send me more of that, more of the same,

[00:01:27] versus I expect great success and positive outcomes.

[00:01:32] So this brings me to how do we quiet this belief passenger or this entity

[00:01:37] or this fear or other negative emotions like this for something better,

[00:01:42] something that vibrates at a higher frequency?

[00:01:44] We want that to take over.

[00:01:45] So the first thing you have to do is become aware of it.

[00:01:48] Of course, we have to recognize what we're feeling.

[00:01:51] Sometimes it's very sneaky.

[00:01:53] Fear disguises itself as being realistic or just being careful.

[00:01:57] When you dig deep, you know that fear is running the show because it feels very heavy.

[00:02:02] Here's one thing I do.

[00:02:03] You put a rubber band on your wrist for a day or two,

[00:02:06] and each time you feel fear or anxiety, just snap it.

[00:02:09] Snap it to remind yourself and count how many times it comes up for you.

[00:02:13] Now, what do you do after you snap it?

[00:02:15] Here's the fun part.

[00:02:16] Picture it sitting next to you.

[00:02:18] Give it a face if you need to.

[00:02:20] Something silly that makes it seem less intimidating.

[00:02:22] You can actually have fun with it.

[00:02:24] Hey, I know you're here.

[00:02:25] You're not going to be taken over right now.

[00:02:27] I am.

[00:02:28] Thanks for your input, but I'm in charge now.

[00:02:31] I know that might sound strange, but giving fear a voice, even a name,

[00:02:35] and then rejecting that voice puts you back in control.

[00:02:39] This is where the magic happens.

[00:02:41] To replace the fear, you need to just think of a higher frequency,

[00:02:44] something you can get excited about.

[00:02:46] Focusing on one of the positive emotions, like hopefulness, a can-do-it attitude,

[00:02:51] reminding yourself that I deserve this, feeling excited again,

[00:02:55] even in the face of nothing happening,

[00:02:57] because all of these things will bring your manifestation closer.

[00:03:01] You can do this in an instant.

[00:03:03] You've just shifted your frequency,

[00:03:05] and when you operate from that higher frequency,

[00:03:08] you're in a better position now to attract what you want.

[00:03:11] Over time, that new frequency becomes your default setting.

[00:03:14] Once that begins happening and taking root,

[00:03:17] you no longer are attracting things from a place of fear.

[00:03:21] You're attracting them from a higher level from where you once were,

[00:03:24] whether it's abundance, better relationships, a vacation,

[00:03:28] or material possessions, self-improvement things that you're trying to work on,

[00:03:32] so that you do get up to where you're no longer at that old normal.

[00:03:37] You have a new normal now that's much higher.

[00:03:39] We're trying to raise your baseline frequency

[00:03:42] so that your manifestations stick and your life changes for good.

[00:03:47] Once you shift that frequency and quiet that fear passenger,

[00:03:51] you'll start to notice changes in every part of your life.

[00:03:54] Money starts to flow more easily,

[00:03:56] not because you magically discovered the secret to wealth,

[00:03:59] but because you're no longer blocking it with fear and doubt.

[00:04:03] Relationships improve because you're attracting people

[00:04:06] who match your new higher frequency and honor your boundaries.

[00:04:10] You'll feel more peace, more joy,

[00:04:12] and you'll have a sense of trust that everything is working out for you,

[00:04:16] because it is.

[00:04:17] You don't have to be perfect at this.

[00:04:19] You're going to have days when fear tries to take the wheel again,

[00:04:22] and that's okay.

[00:04:23] You've had a lifetime of this,

[00:04:25] but now you're working with tools to take back control.

[00:04:28] You can quiet that belief passenger

[00:04:30] and get back into alignment with what you truly want.

[00:04:33] Look, I'm sharing what I do when I feel stuck and frustrated,

[00:04:36] and I feel like I need to shift over here.

[00:04:39] So keep doing this work,

[00:04:41] keep practicing,

[00:04:41] and watch how your life transformed.
