[00:00:05] You look around and notice today how blessed you truly are and how beautiful life is.
[00:00:11] You've just put yourself in a high vibration state where all things are possible and you're
[00:00:16] setting the tone for your day ahead.
[00:00:19] You've just begun getting out ahead of everything.
[00:00:22] You choose your high vibe feeling state in the morning as you begin your day and
[00:00:26] you feel proud that you took a few moments to prepave the way for a day filled with synchronicity.
[00:00:33] You sip your coffee and notice how especially delicious it tastes this day.
[00:00:38] As you pause, you notice the cup you're holding in your hand.
[00:00:41] It's your favorite cup and with just the right look and feel in your hands, you look
[00:00:46] out the window and take a quick moment to notice your view, paying closer attention
[00:00:50] to a tree or flowers or even a bird.
[00:00:53] You look this time, you really take a look and see something new like the tail color
[00:00:58] of a local bird you've never noticed before.
[00:01:00] Perhaps a tree that lives in your yard that you've never really paid attention to.
[00:01:05] And you see it in a new way.
[00:01:07] You marvel at your morning just for a fleeting moment, open your journal and jot
[00:01:11] down just three little things you're grateful for right then.
[00:01:16] Feel your heart open with gratitude where your desires are always heard and you
[00:01:21] realize again how fortunate you are, how much you have, how taken care of you truly are.
[00:01:28] This is how you manifest.
[00:01:30] You've just created the right mood, a high vibration state to allow manifestation
[00:01:35] to gain motion today.
[00:01:37] So be on the lookout for things going right.
[00:01:40] Watch for signs everywhere you go today and be open to meeting the right person
[00:01:44] on your path or coming across the right situation or circumstance.
[00:01:49] Things take a little time to be arranged for your goals.
[00:01:52] Your strongest beliefs are created every single day in your life.
[00:01:56] So your only real job if you want a better life is to learn how to clear out what
[00:02:01] is blocking you and begin feeding your mind with the right food in the right way.
[00:02:06] The same way your body needs healthy food to feel great, so does your mind need
[00:02:11] positive thoughts and beliefs being fed in to your mind every day to create
[00:02:17] a positive outcome.
[00:02:19] Begin your day by slowing down if not a short morning meditation.
[00:02:23] When worrisome or fearful thoughts come over you and they will, that's co-creation
[00:02:28] at its worst.
[00:02:30] These states of mind are powerful and will fulfill themselves just the same.
[00:02:35] That's why it's great to work every day on preparing your mind for a few
[00:02:38] moments for what you want and not what you don't.
[00:02:41] But you need some tools to help you shift out of negative emotions when they
[00:02:44] happen like fear, worry, stress, et cetera.
[00:02:48] I've given you this beautiful morning exercise already.
[00:02:51] Now allow me to give you one more real simple thing before we end this video
[00:02:55] and podcast today.
[00:02:56] To bring your mind back on track on days or moments when these doubts and
[00:03:00] fears creep back into your awareness, we're going to talk real briefly
[00:03:05] about daydreaming.
[00:03:07] When strong negative beliefs come up, feel free to take a little break and
[00:03:11] grab your journal or a piece of paper or scare out a window.
[00:03:15] Just take about three or four or five minutes as a time out when you notice
[00:03:20] that you're ruminating about thoughts of worry or doubt or fear and start
[00:03:24] telling yourself that you've got permission to stop in daydream,
[00:03:28] whether it's on paper with pen and ink or staring out a window
[00:03:32] or closing your eyes.
[00:03:34] Expand your daydream to feel like something you once felt when you were
[00:03:38] a child at a time when daydreaming out the window was a fun pastime.
[00:03:43] Take a moment and think of something that makes you feel really, really good.
[00:03:47] Daydream a picture about your future self, the one you're so excited about
[00:03:50] having with no limits.
[00:03:53] Write down how great you feel even if you don't because it's in the writing
[00:03:57] and the telling yourself that you feel great is how you will feel great
[00:04:02] when you don't.
[00:04:03] Whatever is right for you is what you should do.
[00:04:06] Writing, daydreaming out a window, closing your eyes.
[00:04:09] Some ideas to help you start are, I feel so good I can hardly stand it.
[00:04:13] I feel better now.
[00:04:15] I feel blessed and hopeful right now.
[00:04:17] I know I'm taken care of at all times.
[00:04:20] You simply need to begin noticing when negative feelings come up and
[00:04:24] give your mind something else to think about and focus on.
[00:04:27] This is a very simple exercise you can try on the spot when those bad
[00:04:31] moods hit because they will.
[00:04:33] So start noticing things and your day will go so much better for you when
[00:04:37] you get out of it.
[00:04:38] Pre-pave that morning cup of coffee.
[00:04:41] Take that morning moment to just notice what's out your window.
[00:04:47] Think about your day ahead of time.
[00:04:48] Pre-pave how great it's going to be with expectation and excitement.
[00:04:53] And just watch how different your entire day will go from traffic lights
[00:04:58] turning green for you, the ease of people around you that you bump into.
[00:05:03] Everybody smiles when you start your day the way I describe with that cup of
[00:05:07] coffee and listen to it again if you need to.
[00:05:10] And then use the daydreaming exercise whenever you feel a strong
[00:05:14] negative emotion coming over you, most especially fear, doubt, anger, frustration.
[00:05:21] It's in those moments that you shift and when you least feel like doing it,
[00:05:26] you tell yourself, I can do this.
[00:05:29] I feel so good I can hardly stand it.
[00:05:32] I feel better now.
[00:05:33] I am blessed.
[00:05:34] I am hopeful right now, right this moment.
[00:05:37] I am taken care of at all times.
[00:05:40] You start repeating these to yourself and
[00:05:42] within five minutes your fears will subside.
[00:05:46] And you can get on with your day.
[00:05:48] So to recap real quick, co-creation at its best is when you wake up in
[00:05:52] the morning feeling great and notice how enjoyable your cup of coffee is.
[00:05:57] Take that moment to really sip whatever it is, water, coffee.
[00:06:02] It doesn't matter your favorite beverage, just really stop and
[00:06:06] slow down and set the tone for your day.
[00:06:09] And you are going to have a fantastic day my friends,
[00:06:12] filled with steps that lead you to your big manifestations.
